I HAVE SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICITIONS, ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THESE?

We are able to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. We will plan menus that allow most guests to navigate their dietary restrictions on their own. If this is a life-threatening or airborne allergy please let us know (salesforceventuresevents@salesforce.com) so we can work with our kitchen staff to take the appropriate precautions for your meals. We are also able to accommodate Kosher and Halal meals with 72 hours advance notice.

IS A HOTEL ROOM INCLUDED WITH MY ELEVATE ATTENDANCE?

Yes, complimentary rooms are being offered for the evening of Tuesday, April 2, in hopes you can join us for both dinner and the day of programming on April 3rd. These rooms are being arranged at the conference hotel, Estancia La Jolla Hotel (9700 N. Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, CA 92037).

I WOULD LIKE TO STAY AN EXTRA NIGHT OR TWO AT THE CONFERENCE HOTEL. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Absolutely. Should you wish to extend your stay at the Estancia, please let us know in your RSVP response, or reach out to salesforceventuresevents@salesforce.com. The hotel will honor our group rate for any shoulder nights. Rooms are approximately $500/night and you may present your payment card upon check-in for those shoulder nights.

I HAVE A PREFERRED HOTEL IN SAN DIEGO, AM I ABLE TO STAY THERE?

Of course you are able to book yourself at any hotel in the area that you'd prefer. However, we are unable to cover hotel costs for rooms outside of the negotiated conference room block. The conference hotel is about 20 minutes away from San Diego proper, so please plan travel accordingly if you choose to stay elsewhere.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS

WHICH AIRPORT IS RECOMMENDED FOR MY FLIGHT INTO SAN DIEGO/LA JOLLA?

San Diego International Airport is approximately 20-25 minutes away from the conference hotel. However, traffic during rush hour (4pm - 5:30pm) from any airport can add up to an additional 30 minutes to your travel in/out of San Diego.

IS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED WHEN I ARRIVE IN SAN DIEGO?

Please arrange your own airport transportation to/from the conference. No transportation will be formally organized by the event.

I WILL HAVE LUGGAGE WITH ME AT THE CONFERENCE ON THE 3RD, WILL THERE BE A PLACE TO STORE IT?

If you are staying with us overnight at the Estancia you are able to check your luggage with the bell desk. If you are just joining us for the day and need to store items please see us at the Registration desk and we will arrange to store your items.
